Sunset Dinner Cruise On Super Yacht Royal Albatross

Savour a three-course international meal accompanied by captivating sunset and coastline views, cool sea breezes as well as live entertainment on the Royal Albatross, Singapore’s largest luxury charter yacht and the region’s only luxury tall ship. Enjoy a welcome mocktail before setting sail on the super yacht. The ship will depart from a private berth, adjacent to S.E.A. Aquarium at Resorts World Sentosa (RWS), and sail past Sentosa Island’s white sand beaches as well as some of Singapore’s most prestigious properties before captivating views of the cityscape and skyline show up. As the sun goes down, the ship will turn south and slowly manoeuvre through Singapore’s Southern Islands of St. John’s and Lazarus on her way back to her berth at RWS.

The specially designed, floral decorated Stardust Cabin can be turned into an intimate space for a romantic celebration with a loved one, while the Singapore Flavours Cabin is perfect for a group or family of four to spend some quality time together.

NOX – Dine in the Dark

Put your taste buds to the test by dining in total darkness at this restaurant which serves classic and modern European dishes with local touches. The sensory journey starts at the fully-lit lounge area where can enjoy signature cocktails and an amuse bouche. Before heading upstairs to the dining area, you’ll have to deposit your belongings in a locker. A visually-impaired guide will lead you up to the pitch black dining room where you’ll be served a three-course prix fixe dinner. You won’t be told what you’re eating, so savour the flavours and textures of the food using all your senses except your sight. After dinner, you’ll be led to the fully-lit lounge area again where you’ll be shown pictures and descriptions of what you’ve eaten, and you can compare them with your impressions and guesses of the dishes.

World’s First Full Butler Service in the Sky

Tuck into a four-course dinner in a spacious capsule, complete with full butler service, aboard the 165m high Singapore Flyer, Asia’s Largest Observation Wheel. There are two dining times daily on the Sky Dining Flight, with both flights offering magnificent skyline views of the Marina Bay area.

Front-Row Seat to Underwater Habitat

Dine against a backdrop of schools of fish, sharks and manta rays at Ocean Restaurant, housed within the S.E.A. Aquarium, one of the world’s largest oceanariums, at Resorts World Sentosa. The restaurant serves Mediterranean-Californian creations, using sustainably sourced seafood and produce. Signature dishes include Hokkaido Scallop, Salmon Confit, 24-hour Braised Beef Short Rib and Asparagus & Sous-Vide Quail Egg.

Dine Within a Breezy Mediterranean Garden

Savour modern French-Mediterranean dishes, developed by Executive Chef Steve Allen (a Gordon Ramsay alumnus), amidst a lush garden of exotic flowers, herbs and foliage, accompanied by captivating views of the Marina Bay skyline and waterfront at Pollen. Nestled within the Flower Dome at Gardens by the Bay, the restaurant serves multi-course menus on the first floor, and an all-day dining menu as well as a decadent spread of afternoon tea treats at the terrace on the second level. Dishes are created with the freshest seasonal produce, including fresh vegetables and herbs straight from the restaurant’s in-house garden, using timeless classic French techniques.

Tapas & Cocktails with a View

Enjoy stunning views of the Sentosa HarbourFront skyline, green vistas and the running Singapore Cable Car line while dining 100m above sea level at Dusk Restaurant & Bar. Perched atop Faber Peak Singapore, Dusk serves modern European tapas, some with an Asian twist, along with specially curated wines and cocktails. As its name suggests, the best time to be at the restaurant and bar is at dusk when the sky changes hues and glows.

Wine & Dine In Donut-Shaped Boat Around Marina Bay

Enjoy drinks, antipasti, tapas or a seafood platter while soaking up views of the Marina Bay area on a floating donut-shaped boat operated by The Floating Donut Company. A boat cruise with a difference, the donut boat which comes with a certified captain, can take up to eight persons. Board the boat at Clifford Pier and sail around Marina Bay for 30, 60 or 90 minutes.

Tuck into local favourites like chicken rice, curry puff, popiah, rice dumpling, Yang Chou fried rice, and sweet and sour pork while enjoying views of Singapore’s famous attractions and landmarks from an air-conditioned double-decker bus. You’ll also be treated to an innovative 3D projected animation show on your table. Lunch, hi-tea and dinner are served on the upper deck while the lower deck has a 10-seater lounge for drinks. There will be a stop at Gardens by the Bay where you can hop off for a short stroll around the Gardens.
