Singapore has many luxury hotels, but only a handful like the Pan Pacific Singapore offer some of the best views of Marina Bay which is home to the city’s iconic attractions, cutting-edge skyscrapers and heritage buildings.
The 38-storey hotel is also one of three architectural landmark hotels that form the Marina Centre complex which sports the iconic atrium design of legendary American architect John Portman Jr. When the hotel’s atrium was unveiled in 1986, it stood as the highest in Asia. Portman also added internal and external glass capsule bullet lifts scaling all 38 floors for guests to take in spectacular views of the vast atrium and waterfront skyline while riding the lifts.
Whether you’re checking into the 790-room hotel as a couple, with kids in tow, for full-on relaxation and rejuvenation, for a tasty adventure or just to soak up captivating views from on high, the hotel has got you covered for an enjoyable and memorable stay.
We spotlight five ways to live it up at the Pan Pacific Singapore.
Luxuriate in rooms and suites with spectacular views
Thanks to the hotel’s location in the heart of Marina Bay, you get breathtaking views of the city or waterfront from every window of your room or suite.
Dressed in soothing earth tones of beige, brown and grey, all rooms and suites have a workspace with an ergonomic Herman Miller desk chair, are equipped with Nespresso coffee machines and stocked with a selection of TWG teas.
A highly sought-after room for couples on a romantic escape is the 65sqm Pacific Club Harbour Select Studio. The pièce de résistance is a freestanding Kaldewei oversized tub for relaxing soaks that are accompanied by captivating vistas.
Those who want more space for all-out relaxation will find it in the 121sqm Harbour Suite which comes with a balcony, a spacious living and dining area, and a luxe marble bathroom, complete with an oval or sunken-in bathtub and a sauna room.

Parents looking for a fun family-friendly escape will find it in the hotel’s Urban Jungle Adventure Package.
The package includes a stay in a 79sqm Urban Jungle Suite, breakfast for the family, play time at the Urban Jungle Village and three hours of play at Kiztopia in Marina Square.
The Urban Jungle Suite comes with a main bedroom for parents and a jungle-themed kids room decked out with a treehouse bunk bed, a teepee and an inflatable rocking hippo that will have your kids squealing with delight! Kids also get an Urban Jungle Survival Pack plus bath toys for fun soaks in the tub.
More fun activities await the kids at Urban Jungle Village, located by the pool on level 4. The indoor wonderland has seven activity zones that integrate thinking, learning and playing. Kick up the fun level by ordering Picnic Sets (11am to 6pm) which the kids can enjoy for lunch or as a post-swim snack. Each set comes with a burger, fries, Oreo cheesecake, milkshake and a Kidztopia toy.
In the evening, get cosy with a Campfire Set (6pm to 9pm), comprising macaroni and cheese, hotdog bun, corn on the cob, marshmallows and fruit chocolate fondue. The set also comes with a Kidztopia toy buddy and a family board game challenge.
Get some head-to-toe pampering
What’s a staycation without some head-to-toe pampering? Relax, unwind and rejuvenate at St. Gregory Spa which offers face and body treatments, as well as traditional healing therapies that are combined with advanced technologies and techniques from Europe and Asia.
If it’s a massage you’re after, try the signature 60-minute Indonesian Balinese massage. Long, firm strokes punctuated by pressure circles are delivered by the therapist’s well-trained thumbs, fingers and palms to relieve muscle soreness, stimulate deep tissues, improve circulation and eliminate toxins from the body.
Fans of hot stone massages must try the award-winning 75-minute Alicante Hot and Cold Stone Therapy which combines massage and music therapy. Hot and cold stones apply pressure and thermal stimulation to the body while a specially curated selection of music calms the mind, rebalances energy, and eases aches and muscle tension.
There are also 30-minute massages to ease tension in your back, neck, shoulder or foot as well as a 15-minute relaxing scalp massage to enhance blood circulation in the head and neck area.
Those looking for a brightening and firming facial will find it in the award-winning Thalion Magnificent Brightening Care. The 75-minute facial features French marine skincare brand Thalion’s Thali White skincare range which contains its patented active ingredient Pylawhite that’s extracted from a macro-seaweed. Combined with vitamin C, the Thali White range effectively reduces dark spots, brightens the complexion and boosts the skin’s collagen production.
