Arbora Hilltop Garden & Bistro
Perched atop Faber Peak Singapore, the recently renamed restaurant is one of the few places in Singapore where you can take in awesome views of the running Singapore Cable Car line, vessels around HarbourFront, prominent Sentosa landmarks and the rainforest hillside while tucking into some comfort food or sipping a refreshing cocktail.
It recently refreshed its menu with a selection of botanical-inspired dishes that are also kid-friendly. Must-orders include the Arbora Rojak, Caesar Salad (in a jar), Pineapple-glazed Pork Ribs and Flower Pot Surprise for a sweet end to your meal.
For lunch, there are wallet-friendly local favourites such as Chicken Biryani Set, Prawn Hokkien Mee and Singapore Laksa, and regional delights like Beef Hamburg Don, Chicken Somen and Teriyaki Salmon Don going for just $12++ each.
There are also value-for-money Family Combos which include two adult main courses, one or two main courses for kids and a choice of a side dish or dessert from $58++.
To complement the dishes are refreshing, fruity cocktails such as Botanic Pineapple Boost and Botanic Watermelon Boost, and the exclusive Arbora Singapore Dream tea, served in a cafetiere, which features the sweet notes of wild berries.
Dusk Restaurant & Bar
As its name suggests, the best time to be at the restaurant and bar, located 100m above sea level on Faber Peak Singapore, is at dusk when the sky changes hues and glows, and cooler breezes prevail.
Open from 4pm onwards, Dusk serves European tapas, sharing platters and hearty mains, best enjoyed with specially curated wines and signature cocktails like Dusk Till Dawn, Nitro-Frost Caviar Martini and Smoking Nitro Margarita.
Like its sister restaurant Arbora Hilltop Garden & Bistro, Dusk also offers scenic views of the Singapore Cable Car line, the vibrant Sentosa HarbourFront skyline and the lush rainforest.
Crowd favourites from the Tapas menu include Crab & Mango Stack, Forest Mushrooms with Sherry and Fremantle Octopus, while signature main courses include Tiger Prawn Capellini, Duck Confit and Cote de Boeuf. To match the picturesque views is a menu of comforting Italian dishes prepared by Chef Jeremy Barragan using quality produce, seasonal ingredients and fresh herbs from the restaurant’s herb garden.
