Myanmar Eat

Given its geographic location, it is not surprising that Myanmar dishes feature Thai, Indian and Chinese flavours.

Rice is an indispensable part of a typical Burmese meal which usually comprises a raw salad of leaves, fruit or vegetables, a soup and curries of fish, meat, prawns or eggs.

As street food is a big part of Myanmar’s food scene, you’ll find plenty of vendors and stalls on the streets serving up a wide range of local dishes at very affordable prices.
